LAPS/LSAAs - Long-Term Care Accountability Planning Submissions/Long-Term Care Service Accountability Agreements 

On April 1, 2007 the LHINs assumed responsibility for planning, funding and integrating health services and since that time, Long-Term Care homes (LTC) and the Central East LHIN have negotiated Long-Term Care Service Accountability Agreements (LSAAs) which form the basis for a multi-year planning and funding framework for each organization.
