Palliative and End of Life Care
In the Central East LHIN, Palliative and End of Life Care is one of the four priority areas being addressed in the LHIN's 2013-16 Integrated Health Service Plan.
With a vision of "a comprehensive, integrated and coordinated system of hospice palliative care services that meets peoples’ needs", this page has been created by the Central East Hospice Palliative Care Network to provide patients facing life limiting illnesses, their families and health care providers with current clinical information, resources and educational opportunities in palliative and end of life care.
